Your reservation:
A binding reservation is made after receipt of the deposit. We do not accept payment by card, therefore we ask you to pay the remaining amount in cash or by bank transfer.

Arrival and departure:
The lodge is ready for check-in from approx. 15:00. On the day of departure we ask you to leave the lodge by 09:30.

Minimum stay:
The minimum stay is four nights in off-season and six nights in peak season. A stay of three nights can only be booked at a short notice on request and subject to availability.

Occupancy:
Maximum accommodation per lodge: 5 - 6 persons.
The rooms offer space for a maximum of 1 baby cot or extra bed. Baby cots and extra beds can only be booked upon request and prior written confirmation of availability.Â

Pets:
Pets are not allowed in both of our lodges.

Non-smoking accommodation:
Both of our lodges are non-smoking accommodation.

Cancellation:
Cancellations are only accepted in writing:
- Cancellation free of charge up to 90 days before arrival
- 40 % of the booking amount: 90 - 30 days before arrival
- 70 % of the booking amount: 30 - 7 days before arrival
- 90 % of the booking amount: 6 - 0 days before arrivalÂ
Travel Cancellation Insurance:
Fees will be charged for late arrival or early departure. Something can easily happen to yourself or your children and you will not be able to start your booked trip as planned. In this case we recommend a Travel cancellation insurance
